Marchetto Pellami’s new quality policy concerning the customer is shared internally within the Group and will soon be made public in the coming weeks. This is how Danilo Marchetto, the Chairman of the Company, explains the introduction of new quality management procedures concerning the customer: “It is of strategic importance for us to make sure the customers become our supporters and not just good and satisfied business partners. To do so, they must always have a feedback in established timeframes, the guarantee of excellent service, the certainty that their requests will always be assessed, taken into consideration and, where possible, satisfied. We know that this is the only way to work in a competitive dynamic context like the one that we find ourselves having to face everyday”.
